Pit Setup and Scrutineering

The paper you scanned was in your team’s designated pit area. HOLD ONTO THIS PAPER. YOU WILL NEED IT LATER IN THE INSTRUCTIONS.

Each team has been given an assigned Pit Area or Garage. You should have space to set up your area. Be respectful to your neighbors and don’t encroach on their space. If you have a garage, please unload and then park your trailer in the team parking area. If you are not in a garage, you can leave your trailer by your pit stall.

While the team is setting up your space, an adult representative can come to the Check-In with Race Admin inside of Big Bill’s in Suites 1-2 between the Greenpower F24 and Goblin Kits on display. Please bring your laminated paper(s) AND PARKING CONE to Check-In.

Scrutineering will take place in the tunnel behind Big Bill’s.

You are only ready for inspection when you have completed the following:

  1. Filled out the Certificate of Self-Compliance (it will be in your packet you receive at check-in)

  2. Completed your own Scrutineering form (it will be in your packet you receive at check-in) for each of your cars

Once you have completed these three items, you bring your car to your designated Scrutineering area.
