Restrooms are located by the concession stands and inside Big Bill’s at the end of the building.

There is a separate server for specific announcements that is a read-only server.
Pit Setup and Scrutineering
The paper you scanned was in your team’s designated pit area. HOLD ONTO THIS PAPER. YOU WILL NEED IT LATER IN THE INSTRUCTIONS.
The width of the parking spaces is about 13 ft. You should have room to set up what you need as long as there is a clear aisle between rows of pit tents. Unload your car and equipment as quickly as possible so that we can move your vehicle/trailer as soon as possible to allow room for more people to arrive and unload their items as well. Once your vehicle/trailer is unloaded, please make sure you park the vehicle/trailer in the designated team parking area shown on the map below.
While the team is unloading the trailer, an adult representative can come to the Check-In area inside of Big Bill’s. Look for Suite 1-2 and enter the door on the left when you come in. Please have all waivers and other paperwork with you.
Once your area is set up and the vehicle/trailer is parked, please begin the process of preparing your car for inspection. Your car must be in race-ready condition with the batteries installed in order to be inspected. Scrutineering will take place in the walk-through bay behind Big Bill’s. It will open around 8 AM. Please wait for a Discord announcement about when it opens.

After your car has passed inspection, follow the instructions of the scrutineers. Batteries can be taken home and charged overnight.
Your scrutineering form is with the scrutineers. You do not need to go to the timing trailer to get the form.
Bring your team’s laminated pit assignment paper to check-in AFTER you have passed scrutineering! This will let us know who is ready.
