All participants must have a signed waiver to take part in the event. After signing, teams must upload each waiver to their designated Google Drive folder. Teams are also responsible for retaining printed hard copies and bringing them to the race for check-in and verification. Waivers that are not signed, not uploaded, or not available in hard copy on race day will result in the participant being unable to compete.

Teams may deliver their car(s) to Milton Frank Stadium on Friday, April 3rd between 5 PM - 7 PM CST.

9:30 AM Safety Meeting

10:00 AM Race Session 1 (see Race Session schedule)

1:00 PM Race Session 2 (see Race Session schedule)

3:00 PM Races End

RACE SESSION SCHEDULE

RACE SESSION 1

Groups A/B will report to the circuit racing surface
Groups C/D will report to the drag/slalom racing surface

  • Group C will do Slalom Races and then Drag Races

  • Group D will do Drag Races and then Slalom Races

RACE SESSION 2

Groups A/B will report to the drag/slalom racing surface
Groups C/D will report to the circuit racing surface

  • Group A will do Slalom Races and then Drag Races

  • Group B will do Drag Race and then Slalom Races

*All teams will do 4 runs of Drag, 4 runs of Slalom, and only 3 runs of Circuit for this event.

FAQs

  • Look for the large white trailer to check in your team and get updated information and directions.

  • Please take a look at the Race Preparation Video on how to pack and prepare for a Greenpower Race Weekend. Also, make sure you dress appropriately for the weather and bring the necessary items for you and your group.

  • Greenpower events can still happen in the rain. Race sessions will only be postponed/canceled if severe weather brings unsafe conditions to all participants. Greenpower officials will follow rules similar to those at sporting events.
