PROPOSED SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

Times listed below are subject to change. Any changes to the schedule will be announced to teams via Discord.

Thursday, May 1, 2025

Thursday is 100% optional for Goblin Teams. There will be no Goblin racing until Saturday.

  • Team Arrival starts at 12:00 PM CST

  • Scrutineering will take place from 12:00 PM CST until 6:00 PM CST

  • Track/Garages close at 6:30 PM CST

Friday, May 2, 2025

  • Team Arrival starts at 12:00 PM CST

  • Scrutineering will take place from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM CST

  • Track/Garages close at 6:30 PM

Due to the high volume of cars needing to be inspected for this event between Goblin and F24 teams, we ask that all teams do their best to not have to do scrutineering on Saturday. Even if your students show up only on Saturday, we want as many cars through scrutineering by Friday night.

  • Please take a look at the Race Preparation Video on how to pack and prepare for a Greenpower Race Weekend. Also, make sure you dress appropriately for the weather and bring the necessary items for you and your group.

  • Greenpower events can still happen in the rain. Race sessions will only be postponed/canceled if severe weather brings unsafe conditions to all participants. Greenpower officials will follow rules similar to those at sporting events.
