Event Roster
Please download the roster template and fill it out with the full names of all students participating in this event. Include the names of any adults serving in an official team capacity (coaches, chaperones, mentors, etc.). This roster will be used to verify waiver submissions during event check-in.
When the roster is complete, upload the file to your team’s Google Drive folder in the "2025-2026 Season" subfolder.

Thursday is 100% optional for Goblin Teams. There will be no Goblin racing until Saturday.
Team Arrival starts at 12:00 PM CST
Scrutineering will take place from 12:00 PM CST until 6:00 PM CST
Track/Garages close at 6:30 PM CST
Saturday, May 16, 2026
Team Arrival starts at 7:00 AM CST
Scrutineering will take place from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM CST
Group Picture 8:15 AM - 8:45 AM
Drag/Slalom Races - 11:15 AM to 12:45 PM CST
Circuit Races - 3:15 PM CST to 4:45 PM CST
Awards Ceremony at 5:00 PM CST
Track/Garages close at 6:30 PM

Due to the high volume of cars needing to be inspected for this event between Goblin and F24 teams, we ask that all teams do their best to not have to do scrutineering on Saturday. Even if your students show up only on Saturday, we want as many cars through scrutineering by Friday night.

Please take a look at the Race Preparation Video on how to pack and prepare for a Greenpower Race Weekend. Also, make sure you dress appropriately for the weather and bring the necessary items for you and your group.

Greenpower events can still happen in the rain. Race sessions will only be postponed/canceled if severe weather brings unsafe conditions to all participants. Greenpower officials will follow rules similar to those at sporting events.
